This book is part memoir and tells the story of how I slowly stepped into what I believe is my creative calling as a Visual Artist. I explain how I overcame the many internal and external obstacles that came my way, and how I eventually found, and continue to find my freedom in artistic expression.
 
This book also includes guidance and easy practical exercises you can do at home to help develop your own artistic skills and creative expression. It is my hope that you find new ways to increase your own creative flow, and the confidence to eventually share your ideas and creations with others.
