Jill Samera lives in Sydney, Australia with her husband and young adult children. She enjoys swimming in the open waters of the ocean, and in ocean rockpools. Jill’s faith is in Jesus. She has been blessed with three children and two grand-children and values spending time with family and friends.  Jill enjoys a hearty laugh, and her sense of humour is well intact.

Jill is a creative professional with a passion for using art as a tool for self-expression and healing. As a visual artist, writer, and visual arts tutor, she is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages find their creative voice.

​

As a Registered Nurse, Jill brings a unique perspective on the intersection of health, wellness, and artistic expression. Jill developed the Visual Arts Program for children at Georges River Artslife. Her passion is to help children who have experienced trauma, find their voice through art. She also facilitates fun Art‘n’Tea workshops for people of all ages.  

 

Jill also facilitates fun Art‘n’Tea workshops for people of all ages. Her belief in the power of creativity within us all is contagious. She seeks heaven’s perspective when she paints, and paints what she envisions in front of live audiences as she chats with her maker. She is often painting in the flow without a set plan, and is inspired by music.
